A model tested on your actual camera angle and lighting — not one that only works on the clean dataset it was demoed with.

Computer vision demos are seductive because they are built on curated datasets — good lighting, clean angles, no occlusion. Deploy that same model against a warehouse camera at 6 a.m., a phone photo of a crumpled receipt, or a product on a shelf partially blocked by another product, and accuracy falls off a cliff. The gap between demo accuracy and production accuracy is where most computer vision projects quietly fail after launch.

We build and validate against the actual conditions your system will see in production, not a sanitized dataset. That means collecting or sourcing training data that reflects your real lighting, angles, and edge cases, being honest about where the model's confidence drops, and building a human review path for the cases it is not confident about — rather than letting a low-confidence detection pass through silently as if it were certain.

What's Included

Computer vision data audit

An assessment of your available image or video data — volume, quality, labeling status, and coverage of real-world conditions — before we commit to a modeling approach.

Trained and validated vision model

A model built and tested for your specific task — detection, classification, or layout/document analysis — benchmarked against real, uncurated inputs from your environment.

Deployed inference pipeline

The model deployed as a containerized API or edge-deployed component, integrated with your camera, imaging, or document capture systems.

Confidence scoring and human review workflow

A defined threshold and interface for routing low-confidence detections to human review instead of passing them through as certain results.

Our Approach

Audit real data before choosing an architecture.

We assess what image or video data you actually have, how well it represents production conditions, and what gaps need to be closed before training — a strong model on unrepresentative data still fails in production.

Validate against uncurated, real-world inputs.

We test against messy, real inputs — variable lighting, unusual angles, partial occlusion — rather than reporting accuracy only against a clean holdout set, so the number we give you reflects what will actually happen after launch.

Build confidence scoring into the output, not around it.

The model reports its own confidence per detection, and we build the downstream workflow to route low-confidence cases to a human reviewer — so uncertainty is visible and handled, not hidden inside a single "answer."

Frequently Asked Questions

Object detection and counting (inventory, quality inspection), image classification, document and layout analysis (extracting structured data from scanned forms or receipts), and defect or anomaly detection on production lines. If the task involves turning an image or video into a structured decision, it is worth evaluating.

It depends on the task and how much you can leverage pretrained models via transfer learning. Some classification tasks work with a few hundred labeled images per category; detection and segmentation tasks typically need more. We assess your existing data during the initial audit and tell you honestly what additional collection or labeling is needed before committing to a timeline.

A focused classification or detection system — for example, automated defect detection on a single product line — typically costs ₹10-18 lakh and takes 8-12 weeks, including data audit and validation against real conditions. Multi-camera deployments or systems requiring custom data collection run ₹25-45 lakh over 16-24 weeks.

No model handles every condition perfectly, which is why confidence scoring is standard in what we build, not an add-on. Detections below the agreed confidence threshold route to a human reviewer instead of being treated as ground truth. We also set up monitoring to catch when real-world conditions drift from what the model was trained on, so retraining happens before accuracy silently degrades.
