5. Project Engagements

All project engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or SOW that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and methods, are specified in the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the agreement.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to required systems, content, and other materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of two (2) years. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
